1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 78ph ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on 78ph, you confirm that:

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Verification typically requires you to submit a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or other accepted ID), and may include proof of address and verification of the payment methods you have used. All documents submitted must be genuine, current, and belong to you personally.

Submitting false, altered, or another person's documents during KYC constitutes fraud. Such accounts will be suspended immediately, pending investigation and referral to appropriate authorities if warranted. Balances held in fraudulently registered accounts will not be paid out.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on 78ph are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). We do not support transactions in foreign currencies, and players should not attempt to deposit funds through currency conversion services.

Deposits are supported through Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and e-wallet bank transfer channels that are available at the time of your transaction. Withdrawal of winnings is subject to KYC verification and is processed to the same Philippine payment method used for deposit wherever possible.

Minimum and maximum transaction amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted from time to time. Attempting to circumvent transaction limits through multiple smaller transactions (structuring) is prohibited.

Any such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made, including any applicable wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and withdrawal conditions.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

• Suspected or confirmed involvement in bonus abuse, collusion, or prohibited behavior.

Upon account closure for cause, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms no wrongdoing, legitimate remaining balances will be returned through available Philippine payment channels after verification is complete.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting 78ph support. Requests for self-exclusion or account closure related to responsible gaming concerns will be treated with priority.

9 Limitation of Liability

78ph provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent platform availability and accuracy of game results, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and the platform may be subject to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 78ph shall not be liable for any loss of funds arising from technical failures outside our control, including internet service disruptions, device failures, or issues with third-party payment processors. In the event of a demonstrable platform error that results in an incorrect game outcome or transaction, 78ph will investigate and correct the error to the extent possible.
